Agent Breakthroughs 
Our agent coaching programs and trainings are highly-interactive, skill-based sessions that are designed to help agents have major breakthroughs in their performance and results.

In our experience, breakthroughs in agent performance and results require two elements:

  • External Accountability System: An accountability system that provides a step by step method for increasing agent productivity and results. Almost all agent coaching programs are limited to component.
  • An Individualized Inner Breakthrough Coaching Approach: It is very common for agents to lose motivation and stop their accountability with the above programs. This is because it is attempting to simply change behaviors without getting to the root cause of the resistance and lack of follow-through. This breakthrough coaching approach provides a major shift in self-awareness as to why an individual or team is getting the results they are getting. Once we uncover the core blind spots, patterns, and unproductive habits we are able to create major shifts rather quickly. This component also includes a paradigm shift in one’s vision, focus, thinking and actions to create their own very powerful and inspiring Bigger Game. 

It is very rare that a real estate company has an effective #2 as described above. My agent programs can provide both elements described above or can work with whatever agent “system” you may already be using. My expertise is helping individuals and teams experience game-changing breakthroughs as described in #2 above. Without this, even “good” systems don’t work.


Our agent programs are offered directly with individual agents as well as company-wide agent programs. Formats include:
  • 1-1 coaching with individual agents: 2-4 coaching calls per month
  • Agent Mastermind coaching groups: Consists of 4 agents being coached as a small group
  • Stand-alone 1-2 day “Agent Breakthrough” coaching intensives as well as monthly or quaterly coaching intensives for groups of agents
  • Skill-specific training classes
