n              “Leader as Coach”:  To be visionary leaders who are able to inspire our people to do the best work of their lives, we need to master the differences between a manager, leader and coach. Learn to coach your people to have powerful breakthroughs using the "Breakthrough Coaching” model. This program teaches leaders how to move well beyond limiting their focus on performance plans and accountability tracking with their people to helping their people have quantum shifts forward in their performance and leadership.

 

n              “Yes We Can: The Art of Building High-Performance Teams”: We all work in teams – usually many teams – whether we realize it or not. And if individual human relations can be challenging, trying to lead or work within a team can often feel daunting and frustrating. This program equips leaders to understand team dynamics, common evolutionary stages, patterns and challenges, as well as learning skills for building inspired and effective teams that are able to successfully shift from “me” to “we.”

 

n              “Thriving on Change & Challenge”: No matter how successful a company, there will always be some level of conflict, stress, change, burnout, or overwhelm. It has to and needs to because we work within dynamic organizations, industries and a world always in flux. This program helps to shift one’s relationship to “problems” as opportunities for creativity, growth and innovation. True leaders know that most of those challenges that we try to avoid or ignore are actually necessary to innovate to “the next level.”

 

n              “Leverage Point Time Management” Program:  A ½- to full-day time management training program that leverages Microsoft Outlook to help individuals be more focused, visionary, proactive, effective and balanced. Helps participants identify and overcome their most persistent time management roadblocks and become highly focused, highly productive leaders.
