The Career Transition Workshop

This is the core workshop for groups of employees who are being laid off.  Structured as one-, two, or three-day formats, the Career Transition Workshop is one of the most valuable, practical, and motivating outplacement offerings that a company can offer to its employees in transition. This program helps to provide an overall framework of possibility and an empowering and positive outlook for the employees. It will guide them through the key steps needed for focusing their efforts, developing an effective career strategy, creating powerful and effective resumes, learning key networking approaches and outreach skills, and interviewing skills, tips, and techniques.

The "Attaining Your Dream Job" Workshop Series

This workshop is designed to ensure that individuals in transition are provided with THE most important piece of the career search process: clarity on which jobs would be the best fit for them and that will lead to long-term, sustainable career success. This series provides a priceless opportunity: to shift from simply trying to "get a job" to developing a career path that is in alignment with one's core talents, gifts, and passions. This is a life-changing experience that turns a traumatic life event into one of excitement and possibility. It is both transformational and practical. The longer version of this series not only helps the individual to identify their ideal work, but supports them all the way to the finish line until they have attained their ideal job.

Individual and Group Career Coaching

This process is a unique combination of career counseling, support, and coaching that helps with not only the career transition but the life changes and personal impact that are part of the process. Most individuals are not working, and "in between jobs" experience many challenges: lack of direction, motivation, and focus; fear; lack of clear strategies; isolation; procrastination; etc. The coaching process combines support and motivation with effective action. This can be done with individuals or with groups.
